With nearly 280 participants and more than 160 companies, this wasnโt just an event, it was a powerful gathering of a community committed to doing better, every single day. There was energy. There was openness.
And above all, there was a shared drive to learn, improve, and connect.

We explored how continuous improvement becomes part of daily work, not just a concept. We heard how organizations like DAF Trucks NV, FrieslandCampina and ๐ง๐ต๐ฒ ๐ง๐ผ๐๐ผ๐๐ฎ ๐ช๐ฎ๐ ย put people at the center of Lean. And we saw how technology , from AI , digitalization to simulation ,is accelerating operational excellence in practice. At the same time, the strongest message remained clear: Lean is not about tools. Itโs about people.
Itโs about empowering teams. Itโs about creating clarity. And itโs about building a culture where improvement becomes natural.
