As an electromechanical engineer with a master’s degree in production management, specialising in Industry 4.0 and Lean management. Whilst at KU Leuven, I dedicated my final year to researching the transfer of knowledge in production environments, which resulted in the completion of my master's thesis. This extensive research gave me a deep understanding of extended reality, work instructions and training, allowing me to develop a unique perspective on the subject. I am well aware that the type of knowledge sharing employed depends on the specific use case, and I strongly believe that simplicity is key to facilitating fast and effective knowledge capture and sharing.
